The 10th Anniversary sale got off to a good start!
For only the second time, Michele Plunge bought a painting right before the fair even opened and it was the first oil painting ever sold. As an added bonus, she gave me a couple of her watercolor paintings that she created, since she was inspired by me to paint.
Then it got completely slow for the rest of the day, it was completely slow and I thought for sure that I was only going to get one sale. Toward the end of the day, I was able to sell another painting. Overall, it was better than not selling anything at all or else it would’ve been the worse start ever.
As the sale continue, I hope to get stronger sales and the goal is to break last year’s record of $900 and try to reach at least $1,000 since the prices have increased.
