This highlights my 10 years at the Alameda County Fair, but the main focus is honoring the fair staff because they do more than just paperwork, send emails and organize meetings, they have inspired me to be a better person.
From a visitor’s point of view, they’re just ordinary people who organize the entire fair. For me, it’s more than that. They give great advice on how to organize my booth, run my painting demos, and always there for support whenever I was having a bad day. These people are my mentors, role models, extended family, lifelong friends, and most importantly, my heroes.
